These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Triad (the "App"), provided by Harshit Creative Studio. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Triad helps you commit to three tasks each day, run an optional focus timer against them, and build a streak for completing all three. There is no account and no sign-up — the full daily loop is free and works the moment you open the App. A paid Pro subscription unlocks history, trends, and other insights layered on top of that loop — it never gates the three tasks, the focus timer, or your streak.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to use Triad. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.
Triad has no sign-up, no sign-in, and no user accounts. Your tasks, streak, and settings are stored only on your device, and we never see them — there is no server for them to reach. Because there is no account, there is nothing for us to recover for you: if you delete the App, wipe the device, or clear the App’s data, that data is gone. The App’s Save a backup feature saves a copy as a file you keep yourself, and using it is your responsibility.
Triad Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription (which may include an introductory free-trial period), or a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly — we never see or store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price until you cancel through your App Store or Play Store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. A free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends. Refunds are governed entirely by Apple’s or Google’s own refund policies — we do not process or guarantee refunds ourselves.
You own whatever you type into Triad — task titles, your name, and the like. It stays on your device, processed there to provide the App’s features to you (computing your streak and insights, showing your plan back to you). We never receive it, so we cannot read it, share it, or sell it. The one exception is feedback you choose to send through Send feedback: we receive that message, and you agree we may use it to improve the App, without any obligation or payment to you.
Don’t use Triad to store unlawful content, send abusive or unlawful material through Send feedback, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App. We may stop distributing or supporting the App for anyone who violates this section.
Streaks, freezes, and any other gamified elements are meant to encourage a habit — they carry no monetary value and create no entitlement beyond what’s described in the App itself. We may adjust how streaks, freezes, or scoring work in future versions.
You can stop using Triad at any time. Deleting the App, or using Clear local data inside it, permanently removes everything it stored. The only thing we may hold is feedback you sent us; email us and we’ll delete it. Cancel any active subscription separately through your App Store or Play Store settings.
Triad is provided "as is." It’s a productivity tool, not medical, psychological, or financial advice, and we make no guarantee that using it will improve your productivity, habits, or well-being. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harshit Creative Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data kept only on a device that is lost, damaged, or wiped.
Some features hand you to another app: Rate Triad opens the Play Store, and focus music opens Spotify, YouTube Music, or Apple Music with a search for focus music. Those apps and services are run by others under their own terms; we pass them nothing about you.
We may update these Terms as the App changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this document; continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
