Triad: Daily Planner & Focus · Harshit Creative Studio · Last updated 18 October 2026
Almost everything Triad stores lives only on your phone, and you can erase it yourself in two taps. Only three things can ever leave your device: an anonymous crash report if the app crashes, feedback you choose to send us, and — if you buy Triad Pro — a record of that purchase. Here is how to delete each of them.
This permanently and immediately erases your tasks, daily plans, focus sessions, streak, settings, and the answers you gave during setup, including the first name you entered. Uninstalling Triad does the same. We never had a copy of any of it, so nothing is kept anywhere. If you exported a backup file, delete that file yourself.
Purchase record — deleted on request. Our purchase provider, RevenueCat, holds an anonymous app ID and your purchase or subscription status. We delete it when you ask. Your purchase itself stays with Google Play, so you can still restore Pro later; doing so creates a new record.
Crash reports — deleted automatically within 90 days. If the app crashes, a report goes to our error-reporting provider, Sentry: the error message, a stack trace, and your device model, OS version and app version. Reports contain no name, email or task text and aren't linked to you, so we can't pick out yours on request — they are deleted automatically within 90 days.
Feedback — deleted on request, or automatically within 90 days. If you used Send feedback in the app, the message you typed, the email address you added (only if you added one), and your app version and device model went to Sentry so we could read it and reply. We delete it when you ask; otherwise it is deleted automatically within 90 days.
Payment details — kept by Google, not by us. Google Play holds your payment and order history under Google's own privacy policy. We never see your card details and can't delete Google's records. To cancel a subscription, use the Play Store: Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Everything else — there is nothing else. We don't hold your tasks, your name or any account, because Triad doesn't have one — and we hold your email only if you added it to a feedback message.
